摘要
头孢西丁钠由头孢西丁酸与成盐剂通过反应结晶而得,为了提高头孢西丁钠产品色级稳定性,通过吸附头孢西丁酸中的杂质来降低头孢西丁钠中的杂质,以提高产品色级稳定性。实验结果表明,该方法得到的头孢丁钠产品杂质含量含量低、色级稳定性好,收率>92%。
Cefoxitin sodium is obtained through the reaction and crystallization of cefoxitin acid and salt agent. The color stability of cefoxitin sodium was improved,through absorbing the impurities in cefoxitin acid to reduce the impurities in cefoxitin sodium. The results show that the experimental obtained cefoxitin sodium has low impurity content and good color stability,and the yield is above 92%.
