橡胶制品硫化导热油二次循环系统的设计改造

摘要 针对阳泉煤业集团奥伦胶带分公司(奥伦公司)加热硫化橡胶制品所用高温导热油采用的传统热控方式,存在无法满足生产工艺的要求,控制不灵活,管路热量消耗大的现象,设计了二次循环控制系统,并用于生产中。生产实践表明,该二次循环装置加在硫化系统前面,可使升温时间缩短60%以上,生产效率提高50%;其在全硫化过程可以节约能源90%以上;投资费用少,运行费用低,安全可靠,维护方便,温控稳定,精度高,具有较高的推广价值。 In view of the fact that the traditional thermal control method used in heating vulcanized rubber products in Oren Tape Branch of Yangquan Coal Industry Group Corporation Ltd. can not meet the requirements of the production process,and has the characteristics of inflexible thermal control and big consumption of piping,the second control system was designed,and used in production. Production practice shows that the secondary recycle unit added in front of the curing system,can make the heating time shortened by more than 60%,the production efficiency increased by 50%; the energy in the whole curing process can be saved more than 90%. The unit has a high promotional value because of its lower investment costs and operating costs,safety and reliablility,easy maintenance,stable temperature control and high precision.
