摘要
目前很多控制系统都采用西门子400PLC产品,对于一些大型系统,现场输入输出点很多,需要很多输入输出模块,而PLC柜内空间一般不足以容纳数量众多的模块,因此,需要将一定数量的模块安装在现场远程站中,这样,输入模块采集到现场的信号后,就需要用DP线组成的DP通讯网络将信号传递给PLC,同时PLC的指令也需要通过DP通讯网络传递给输出模块,实现对设备的控制。DP通讯网络一旦出现通讯故障,就会造成现场设备状况得不到监控,设备失去控制,进而造成设备停止运行,影响生产。在本文中,笔者根据自己在工作中处理西门子400PLC系统DP通讯网络故障的经历,论述西门子400PLC系统DP通讯网络故障的处理及预防方法。
