摘要
沙角C电厂烟气脱硫(FGD)系统增容改造在每台吸收塔原有3台(A、B、C)浆液循环泵的基础上新增了一台D系列的浆液循环泵,泵投运后振动过大,造成机封损坏和轴承损坏事故频发。经振动频谱分析发现,振幅最大值位于该泵5倍的工作频率,倍数正好与泵叶轮叶片数相等,属于水力振动。根据离心泵的相似理论,改造了原有齿轮箱,使其输出转速度下降了18r/min,这样避开了该泵的水力振动区,泵振幅从2.19mm/s大幅下降到0.6mm/s,从而消除了振动,取得了良好的效果。
