With the integration of global economy and increasingly fierce market competition, strategic management has been increasingly valued by state-owned enterprises. The correct implementation of strategic management is directly related to the survival of the company.Through analyzing the macro-environment and industry background, and combined with the development status of a state-owned enterprise, the paper mainly puts forward the strategic development ideas and implementation measures of the enterprise, so as to provide the decision suggestions for the better development of the enterprise.
