风电场安全设施常见问题及对策

Common Problems and Countermeasures of Safety Facilities of Wind Farm

近十年,我国风电装机容量高速增长,但风电企业人员年轻、经验缺乏,人员对设备、管理制度不熟悉,对风电场安全运行增加了不利因素,对人身安全、设备安全有很大的影响。通过电力企业安全性评价工作,本文列出了风电场安全设施存在的一些共性问题,分析了问题出现的原因,并给出了问题的解决建议,以供风电企业参考。

In the past ten years, the installed capacity of wind power in China has increased in a high speed. However, the personnel of wind power enterprise are young, lacking of experience, and they are not familiar with the equipment and management system, which increase the unfavorable factors of the safe operation of wind farm, and have a great influence on personal safety and equipment safety. Through the safety evaluation of electric power enterprises, this paper lists some common problems existing in the safety facilities of wind farms, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems, so as to provide reference for wind power enterprises.
