By using case analysis, the paper studies the relationship between Shawn Chen＇s personality characteristics and his management ideology by combing the growth and development of Shawn Chen and Sias International College. Shawn Chen has the personality characteristics of warm and kind, full of courage, perseverance, emphasis on innovation and so on, and the operating management theory of ＂people oriented,the unity of knowledge and practice, joint cooperation＂ and so on. The paper sums up the practical enlightenment with reference significance, and points out that China＇s education industry should change the thinking mode, keep pace with the times, and continuously innovate to gain competitive advantage.
