《中共中央关于加强和改进党的群团工作的意见》为国企加强和改进群团工作指明了方向。作为国有企业,要准确把握新形势,必须深刻认识加强和改进新形势下党对群团工作领导的重要性和紧迫性。论文针对国有企业共青团工作存在的问题,提出了对加强和改进国有企业共青团工作的党的领导的几点思考。

The ＂Opinions of the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening and Improving the Party＇s Group Work＂has pointed out the direction for the state-owned enterprises to strengthen and improve the work of party groups. As state-owned enterprises, in order to grasp the new situation accurately, they must deeply understand the importance and urgency of strengthening and improving the party＇s leadership over the group work under the new situation. In view of the problems existing in the work of the Communist Youth League in state-owned enterprises, this paper puts forward some thoughts on strengthening and improving the leadership of the Party in the work of the Communist Youth League of state-owned enterprises.
