摘要
采用气相色谱法检测粮食中敌敌畏、甲拌磷等八种有机磷农药残留量。结果表明:该方法样品前处理操作简单快速,对多组分的测定达到了很好的分离效果。在0.05ug/ml^4.00ug/ml浓度范围内,线性相关系数r为0.9953%~0.9992%,添加标准品浓度为2.0mg/kg时,方法回收率为71.7%~93.8%,标准品浓度为1.00ug/ml时重复测定6次的RSD值为4.21%~6.76%。
The residues of eight organophosphorus pesticides in grain are detected by gas chromatography, such as the Dichlorvos, Phorate and so on. The results show that the method is simple and rapid in sample pretreatment and has a good separation effect for multicomponent determination. In the range of 0.05 ug/ml^4.00 ug/ml concentration, the linear correlation coefficient r is 0.9953%~0.9992%. The recovery rate of the method is 71.7% ~93.8% when the concentration of standard sample is 2.0 mg/kg, the RSD value of repeated determination of 6 times is4.21%~6.76% when the standard concentration is 1.00 ug/ml.
