摘要
介绍中博SQ6730AS校车车身骨架结构特点及技术要求。通过结构强度及焊接变形分析,从技术角度对焊接变形进行控制,并通过选择加工方式及焊接夹具,减少在焊接过程中工件的焊接变形,从而保证车身骨架的拼装有效的控制在误差允许范围内,指导生产、工艺如何将设计图纸转化为合格的产品。
This paper introduces the characteristics and technical requirements of the frame structure of the body of Zhongbo SQ6730 AS school bus. Through analyzing the structural strength and welding deformation, the welding deformation is controlled from the technical point of view, and the welding deformation of the workpiece is reduced by selecting the machining method and welding fixture, so as to ensure the assembling of bus body frame is effectively controlled in the acceptable deviation, and guide the production and process how to convert design drawings into qualified products.
