摘要
本研究以玉木耳菌株为试验材料,研究玉木耳及自交系菌株不同时期胞外酶活性与农艺性状的关系,结果表明,出耳周期与菌丝生长至培养料四分之一处到菌丝透壁前的羧甲基纤维素酶活呈正相关,相关系数是0.998;原基形成时间与打孔菌丝恢复期半纤维素酶活呈正相关,相关系数是0.999;干湿比与原基分化时期的淀粉酶活呈负相关,相关系数是-0.998;产量与后熟期的漆酶活性呈负相关,与采收结束期的羧甲基纤维素酶活呈正相关,与菌丝透壁前的蛋白酶活性呈正相关,相关系数分别是-1.000、0.997和0.997。漆酶活性最高的菌株MZP03-2其产量最高,蛋白酶活性最高的菌株MZP03-3其产量最低。
In this research, Auricularia fuscosuccinea strains were used as experimental materials to study the relationship between the extracellular enzymes activities and agronomic traits in different stages of A. fuscosuccinea and inbred lines strains. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the ear growing cycle and the carboxymethyl cellulose enzyme activity of mycelium grew to a quarter of the culture material before the hyphae through the wall, and the correlation coefficient was 0.998. The formation time of the primordium was positively correlated with the activity of hemicellulose during the recovery phase of the punch mycelium, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999. The dry/wet ratio was negatively correlated with the amylase activity during the primitive differentiation period, and the correlation coefficient was-0.998. The yield was negatively correlated with the laccase activity in the late ripening stage, and positively correlated with the activity of carboxymethyl cellulose at the end of harvest stage as well as the protease activity before hyphae permeability, which the correlation coefficients were-1.000, 0.997 and 0.997, respectively. The strain MZP03-2 of the highest laccase activity had the highest yield, and the strain MZP03-3 of the highest protease activity had the lowest yield.
