摘要
针对机泵存在工作场所分布广、工作环境恶劣、持续运转时间长、运行监测手段落后等问题,设计了基于物联网的机泵运维管理平台,以减少设备运维和管理过程中人的主观判断对故障诊断的二次影响、提升机泵产品全生命周期的主动管控。该运维管理平台通过整合和分析各分散客户方机泵的出厂数据、运行数据、运维数据,为客户提供"问题早发现、故障早干预、事故早预防、事故定位精确、智能运维管理"的售后服务,从而可避免生产过程中的机泵突发事故,减少了非计划停工、缩短了故障停机时间、降低了维修费用,进而降低了机泵制造企业的综合成本。
Aiming at the problems that the pumps have a wide scope of work distribution,poor working environment,long continuous operation time,and poor operation monitoring means,in order to enhance the active control of the full lifecycle of pump products,and reduce the subjective judgment of the person in the equipment operation and maintenance and management process to make the second impact on fault diagnosis,the operation and maintenance management platform based on Internet of Thing(Io T) is designed. Through integrating and analyzing the factory data,operation data,and operation and maintenance data of customers,to provide after-sales services with "early detection of problems,early intervention of failures,early prevention of accidents,precise location of accidents,intelligent operation and maintenance management",thus avoid sudden accidents of the pump in the production process,reduce the unplanned shutdown,shorten the downtime,reduce maintenance costs,and reduce the overall cost of the pump manufacturing enterprises.
