摘要
为使半胱氨酸蛋白酶及半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂广泛用于植物分子育种,深入研究其生物学功能是极其重要的。半胱氨酸蛋白酶是蛋白水解酶中的一类超家族。半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂通过与半胱氨酸蛋白酶相结合,抑制蛋白质发生水解反应,参与植物对逆境胁迫的应答、衰老、细胞程序化死亡等生理过程。本综述主要从半胱氨酸蛋白酶及半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的结构、分类及其对逆境胁迫的应答机制等方面进行阐述,为半胱氨酸蛋白酶和半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂用于植物抵抗生物和非生物胁迫提供参考依据。
In order to make cysteine protease and cysteine protease inhibitor widely used in plant molecular breeding, further study of their biological function is vitally important. Cysteine protease is one super family of proteolytic enzymes. The cysteine protease inhibitor inhibited the protein hydrolysis reaction and participated in the response to adverse stress, senescence, cell programmed death and other physiological processes of plants by binding to a cysteine protease. In this review, the structure, classification and response mechanism to adverse stress of cysteine protease and cysteine protease inhibitor were elaborated, which would provide references for application of cysteine protease and cysteine protease inhibitor in plant resistance to biotic and abiotic stress.
