摘要 随着各种新技术的不断涌现和互联网、大数据对工业的乘积效应加剧,制造业内部正在发生深刻变革。物联网时代的到来给我国工业领域带来了新的机遇和挑战。针对物联网技术如何有效地与传统工业生产相融合,以实现工厂智能化管理、提高工厂生产效益,提出了一种工业物联网创新体系架构。该架构采用服务数据和控制数据分流处理的方法,兼容了工业控制的实时性和准确性,实现了工业大数据的服务和应用。在该构架下,实现了设备智能化、控制层简化和传输网络优化。基于该架构,对设备故障诊断、资产管理、生产工艺优化和实时数据学术科研等方面进行了研究,为工厂从自动化向数字化和智能化的转变提供了技术路径。 With the continuous emergence of various new technologies and the intensification of the multiplication effect of the Internet and big data on the industries,profound changes are taking place within the manufacturing industry. The arrival of the Internet of Things( Io T) era has brought new opportunities and challenges to our industrial area. Aiming at the issue of how Io T technology can effectively integrate with traditional industrial production,to realize intelligent management of factories and improve the efficiency of factory production,an innovative architecture for industrial Io T is proposed. This architecture adopts the shunt processing method for service data and control data,which is compatible with the real-time performance and accurateness of industrial control,and realizes the service and application of industrial big data. Under this architecture,equipment intelligence,control layer simplification and optimization of transmission network are realized. Based on this architecture,the application services for equipment fault diagnosis,asset management,optimization of production processes,and academic research of real-time data to explore are researched. It provides the technologic path for the factories,which from automation to digitization and intelligence.
