摘要
针对煤制烯烃项目主要装置的仪表监控系统在实际应用中多次出现不能正常工作、影响装置平稳生产的问题,分析得出其主要原因是仪表监测系统受到了干扰。为了降低干扰对仪表监控系统的影响,根据相关标准规范要求,结合实际工作经验,对全厂仪表监控系统的抗干扰情况进行了彻底的排查,发现该系统在接地、屏蔽、电缆敷设、电源等方面存在诸多问题。针对排查出的问题,依据干扰源的干扰机理,确定了完善线缆屏蔽、完善仪表系统接地和重新敷设电缆等技术方案。采用抗干扰技术,对存在的问题进行了整改,同时规范了装置区域内的施工作业,没有再出现因干扰造成仪表系统工作异常的情况,确保了各装置的平稳生产。相应的抗干扰技术对解决仪表监控系统干扰问题具有很强的指导意义。
The instrument monitoring system for the main equipment of the coal-to-olefins project has encountered many problems in practical applications,thus the equipment cannot work properly and affects the stable production. Through analyzing this situation,it is found that the interference is the main reason. In order to reduce the impact of interference on instrument monitoring system,in accordance with the requirements of relevant standards,and combining with practical work experience,the anti-interference condition of the whole plant instrument system is thoroughly investigated,and found that there are many problems in the grounding,shielding,cabling,and power supply of the entire plant instrument system. According to these problems and the interference mechanism of the interference sources,relevant technical measures are determined,including to improve cable shielding,improve instrument system grounding,as well as re-cabling,etc. The anti-interference technology is adopted to rectify the existing problems. In addition,the construction work in the area of the equipment is standardized,and no abnormal operation of the instrument mornitoring system caused by the interference appears,the smooth production of equipment is ensured. The corresponding anti-interference technologies are very instructive to solve the problems of interference for instrumentation monitoring systems.
