摘要 针对水下储油设施尺寸大、液位测量量程范围大的特点,设计了一种水下大量程范围油水界面监测系统。该系统采用主测量方法和辅助测量方法两种方法实现监测。主测量方法采用分段测量法:采用导波雷达液位变送器来监测油水上界面位置;采用采样分析法来监测油水下界面位置。辅助测量法则通过测量储油装置内部固定两点的差压值来判断油水界面的位置。两种测量方法相互补充,实现了对水下大量程范围油水界面的准确监测,确保了对油水界面的适时控制,既保证了外输原油品质,也避免了对海洋环境的污染。该系统解决了现有油水界面测量方法无法实现水下大量程范围油水界面监测的技术难题,对深水储油技术的发展具有重要的意义。 Aiming at the large size of underwater storage facilities and the need for a large range of liquid level measurement ranges,a large-range underwater oil-water interface monitoring system has been designed. The system is implemented by a main measurement method and an auxiliary measurement method. The main measurement method uses a piecewise measurement method. That is,the upper interface uses a guided wave radar level transmitter to monitor the position of the oil-water interface;the lower interface uses a sampling analysis method to monitor the position of the oil-water interface. The auxiliary measurement method judges the position of the oil-water interface by measuring the differential pressure between two of the fixed points inside the oil storage device. The two measurement methods complement each other to achieve accurate monitoring of the oil-water interface over a wide range of underwater conditions,ensuring both the timely control of the oil-water interface,and the quality of the export crude oil; and avoid the pollution of the marine environment. The system solves the technical problems that the existing oil-water interface measurement methods cannot achieve the oil-water interface monitoring of the large-scale underwater range,and has important significance for the development of deep-water oil storage technology.
