摘要
目的:探讨两种不同吸入方法在哮喘发作期儿童支气管舒张治疗中的疗效。方法:将124例4~8岁发作期哮喘患儿随机分成两组,分别使用氧气驱动雾化吸入和储雾罐(MDI)定量装置吸入(支气管扩张剂沙丁胺醇),吸药前后均给予基础肺通气功能测试,观察两组患儿吸药后肺通气功能各项检测指标的变化情况。结果:氧气驱动雾化吸入沙丁胺醇后肺通气功能FVC、PEF、FEF_(25)、FEF_(50)、FEF_(75)等均值显著增加(P<0.01),FEV_1也明显好于储雾罐(MDI)定量吸入装置沙丁胺醇组(P<0.05)。结论:对儿童哮喘发作期患儿,行支气管舒张治疗过程中,宜采用氧气驱动吸入沙丁胺醇雾化溶液,这样可以快速有效提高肺通气功能,改善症状,提高支气管扩张试验阳性的诊断符合率。
Objective:To compare the efficacy of two different inhalation devices and inhalation methods in bronchial dilation test and treatment in children with asthma in acute stage.Methods:Test the basic lung function before inhalation any drug,then divided the children randomly into two groups.One group inhaled salbutamol by oxygen driven atomizing inhalation device and the other group inhaled salbutamol by gas storage tank(MDI),quantitative device.After inhaled the salbutamol for 15 minutes test the lung function again and calculate FEV_1 and other indexes respectively.The improvement rate and absolute value of pulmonary ventilation function of two groups of children after inhalation were observed.Results:The group of children who inhaled salbutamol by oxygen driven atomizing inhalation device,their test of FVC,PEF,FEF_(50),FEF_(75),increased significantly and FEV_1 higher than the group of children who inhaled salbutamol by gas storage tank(MDI),quantitative device.Conclusion:In children with asthma in acute stage,when in bronchial dilation test,inhale salbutamol by the way of oxygen driven atomizing inhalation device,can expand the airway fast and effectively and enhance pulmonary ventilation function,improve symptoms and improve the diagnostic coincidence rate of bronchiectasis test positive and treatment.
