风险管理对宫颈癌术后患者化疗配合度及生活质量的影响研究

Effect of Risk Management on Chemotherapy Compliance and Quality of Life in Patients with Cervical Cancer after Operation

目的探究护理风险管理对宫颈癌化疗患者的影响。方法选取我院收治的宫颈癌术后同步化疗患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间分为对照组和观察组。比较两组患者在护理过程中的风险事件发生情况以及患者对于护理的满意度。结果风险管理干预后,患者的生活质量、满意度和配合度得分明显增加,风险事件发生率明显降低,护理满意率提高(p<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌化疗患者采用护理风险管理干预,生活质量明显提高,减少发生风险事件。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management on patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy. Method Patients after cervical cancer surgery who underwent concurrent chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as study subjects. According to the time of admission, they were divided into control group and observation group. The incidence of risk events during the nursing process and patients’ satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups. Results After risk management intervention, the scores of quality of life, satisfaction and compliance and the rate satisfaction with nursing were significantly higher, and the incidence of risk events significantly declined（p〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing risk management among patients with chemotherapy for cervical cancer significantly increases the quality of life and reduces risk events.
