风险管理理念在医院护理管理中的应用

Application of Risk Management Concept in Nursing Management in the Hospital

目的探究分析风险管理理念在医院护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择我院门诊收治的322例患者作为研究对象,根据入院日期将患者随机分为观察组160例(采用风险管理理念)和对照组162例(采用常规护理管理)。比较两组患者护理前后的生活质量评分、心理素质评分、护理不良事件发生情况、护理满意度评分和护理满意率。结果观察组的生活质量与心理素质评分均明显高于对照组(p<0.05);观察组的护理不良事件发生率1.26%,明显低于对照组5.55%(p<0.05);观察组的护理技术、护理专业性、护理态度、心理护理效果得分和总分均高于对照组(p<0.05);观察组的满意率96.25%明显高于对照组的90.74%,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论在医院护理管理中应用风险管理理念,能有效提高患者的生活质量,缓解心理压力,减少护理过程中风险事件的发生,提高护理满意度和患者的依从性,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore the effect of risk management concept in hospital nursing management. Method A total of 322 patients admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects. According to the admission date, patients were randomly divided into observation group（n=160, using risk management concept） and control group（n = 162, using routine nursing management）. The quality of life score, psychological quality score, incidence of nursing adverse events, nursing satisfaction score, and nursing satisfaction rate before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The score of quality of life and psychological quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（p〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was 1.26%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group（5.55%）（p〈0.05）. The scores of nursing technology, nursing specialty, nursing attitude, psychological nursing effect and total score were all higher in the observation group than those in the control group（p〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.25%, which was significantly higher than 90.74% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（p〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying the concept of risk management in hospital nursing management can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, alleviate psychological pressure, reduce the occurrence of risk events in nursing process, and improve patient’s compliance and satisfaction with nursing. Risk management is worthy of application in clinical practice.
