四诊合参法在安溪铁观音传统制作技艺上的应用

Application of Four Diagnostic Methods in TCM in Traditional Anxi Tieguanyin Tea Processing Techniques

中医学博大精深,其"望、闻、问、切"四诊合参法在中国医学史上占据着重要位置,而安溪铁观音的制作工艺极其复杂精细,任何一个环节、一道工序都需要制茶师们察形、观色、闻香、精确把握、精准判断,其与中医学的四诊合参法有着相通之处。文章总结了多年的制茶经验,运用中医学四诊合参法阐释安溪铁观音的传统制作技艺。

China has profound culture of traditional medicine, in which the four diagnostic methods（observation, listening, inquiry, and pulse-taking） play a very important role in the history of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）. While the complicated processing techniques of Tieguanyin Tea require tea producers to adopt methods similar to TCM in producing tea. In this sense, tea production and TCM use similar methods. This paper summarized experience of tea production and applied the four diagnostic methods in TCM to elaborate the production of Anxi Tieguanyin Tea.
