粘胶纤维生产废水中废气的真空脱除研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决曝吹法处理粘胶纤维生产排放废水效果不佳的问题,探索了真空脱气处理废水的新方法。废水先经换热器和软水进行热量交换,然后进行真空脱气,采用化学滴定法对脱气前后硫化氢和二硫化碳的浓度进行分析,考察真空度、过滤面积、泵速对脱气效果的影响规律。结果表明,随着真空度降低、过滤面积的增大、泵速的提高,废水中的废气脱除量随之增大。当真空度为0.1 Pa,过滤面积为1 m2,泵速为1 m3?h^(-1)条件时,处理后废水中H2S浓度为8.1 mg?L^(-1),CS2浓度为8.58 mg?L-1,达到了直接向污水厂排放的标准。 In order to solve the problem of poor effluent treatment of viscose fiber produced by the aeration method, a new method of vacuum degassing treatment wastewater was explored. Wastewater by heat exchange with the heat exchanger and soft water first, then to vacuum degassing, the selection of chemical titration method for degassing before and after analyzing the concentration of hydrogen sulfide and carbon disulfide, vacuum degree, filtration area, pump speed effect on degassing effect are studied. The results show that the amount of waste gas in wastewater is increased with the decrease of vacuum degree, the increase of filtration area and the increase of pump speed. When a 0.1 Pa, vacuum filter area is 1 m2, pump speed of 1 m^3·h^-1, under the condition of waste water after processing of H2S concentration of 8.18 mg·L^-1, CS2 concentration of 8.58 mg·L^-1, which reaches to the sewage direct discharge standard.
