间甲酚对草地早熟禾和高羊茅的化感作用研究

摘要 间甲酚处理对草地早熟禾和高羊茅种子发芽率表现出抑制作用,抑制率分别为-18.88%^-100.00%和-100.00%~2.17%,对幼苗根长、苗高、单株鲜重整体表现为"低促高抑"的作用。间甲酚处理过的2种受体幼苗丙二醛含量均升高,可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量则降低。对2种受体植物的种子萌发、幼苗生长指标进行隶属函数分析,结果表明间甲酚对草地早熟禾种子萌发、幼苗生长表现出抑制作用,对高羊茅种子萌发、幼苗生长表现出"低促高抑"的作用,符合化感作用的方式。 The germination rates of Poa annua L and Festuca arundinacea Schreb were inhibited by M-cresol with the inhibition rates of -18.88% - -100.00% and -100.00% - 2.17%, respectively. Generally the effects of M-cresol on root growth, seedling heights and fresh weight were shown as promotion at low concentration and suppression at high concentration. In addition, the results indicated that M-cresol played a positive role on contents of MDA of the two receptor seedlings while it had inhibitory effect on the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar of seedlings. The membership function relation of the germination and growth of the two receptor plants was analyzed. The results showed that m-cresol had inhibitory effect on seed germination and seedling growth for Poa annua L, it acted in a way of promotion at low concentration and suppression at high concentration for both seed germination and seedling growth of Festuca arundinacea Schreb., which confirms to allelopathy.
