摘要
传统的青少年足球后备人才选拔多采用一次性评价的方式,这种方式难以评价运动员的发展潜力,导致青少年足球后备人才选拔的成功率下降。以大数据为基础进行青少年足球后备人才选拔,有利于动态考察、科学预测、以建立科学动态的人才选拔机制,提高我国足球运动竞技水平。
The traditional youth football reserve personnel selection by one-time evaluation method, the static data information is difficult to evaluate the development potential of the athletes, can not make a scientific prediction of competitive abilities, leading to the selection of juvenile football talent success rate decreased. Therefore, the “big data” technology as the foundation, to solve the disadvantages of the traditional youth football reserve personnel selection, through the establishment of “big data” under the background of young football talents selection guidance. Selection of football reserve talents based on big data helps to establish the dynamical investigation, scientific prediction, and scientific dynamic management on talent selection, as well as to improve the competitive level of Chinese football.
