摘要 全球范围的农业发展均面临着各种胁迫因素的限制。基因组学、转录组学和蛋白质组学已经在农作物逆境下的基因和蛋白质调控机制研究方面取得一定进展,而应用代谢组学对作物机体的代谢物进行定性和定量检测,进而分析机体如何从代谢水平做出调整以及寻找到生物标志物,则是目前农作物科学领域的研究热点。简要综述了代谢组学在农作物非生物胁迫、生物胁迫、转基因研究中的应用以及主要研究方法,并对其研究前景进行了展望。 The development of agricultural has been limited due to the various of stress factors. Although the tolerance mechanism of the crops to the environmental stresses has been moving ahead in the genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics area, the detection of the metabolites in plant is also important which could provide more informations for crop stress response research. Metabolomics has emerged as an attractive platform for monitoring the metabolites in organisms. In this review, we introduced the background of metabolomics and the application in crops under several stresses, as well as the research techniques. Finally, we prospected the metabolomics study in the agricultural science.
