“示范”还是“失范”?——基于某学院小学教育本科专业10年优秀论文集“引文失范”现象的思考

优秀论文出版为本科生写作毕业论文提供了必要的学术"示范"作用。通过查阅某校教育系小学教育本科专业10年间的优秀本科毕业论文集,发现存在着参考文献数量偏少、质量偏低、准确率令人堪忧、标注格式混乱、研究综述极具形式化甚至于缺失等"失范"现象。表面原因在于指导人数过多、写作时间仓促以及评选方式不当。深层根源则是指导教师学术规范素养的缺失和论文学术规范的"无人问津"。为此,提出了解决优秀本科毕业论文引文失范现象的有效思路:一是凸显和细化论文质量评价中的学术规范审查指标;二是恪守论文评选的学术底线和价值的标准;三是实施外部定期督查,加强教师学术规范意识;四是加大学术氛围的治理与净化力度;五是探索本科生学术规范教育的日常教学模式。

The selection and publication of excellent papers represent the highest level of quality management of graduation thesis. This level should be based on the academic norms, and the pursuit of academic value is the key. By looking at a school education, 10 years of outstanding undergraduate course graduation papers, found the problem of academic dishonesty is relatively serious, especially in the reference the most prominent problem,namely, the number of references is generally less and the overall quality is low, the accuracy in reference information worrying, label format and its chaos, highly formalized research review or even missing.
