摘要
目前湖南高职教育与地方产业转型升级发展协同度不高,表现在高职人才培养结构与区域产业结构匹配失衡和人才培养质量不能满足区域产业发展人才需求质量两个方面。其主要原因在于二者协同发展存在制度壁垒、结构壁垒和人才质量壁垒,导致相互协同路径不畅。在高职教育迈向现代职业教育与湖南产业转型升级不断推进过程中,必须打通这些壁垒以促进二者协同发展。在假设地方产业转型升级为良性有序发展前提下,可通过新的制度安排打破原有的协同发展政策壁垒,通过共享政府前瞻预测各大类人才宏观需求数据等打通人才结构壁垒,通过深度产教融合等消弥人才培养质量壁垒。
At present, the degree of synergy between Hunan higher vocational education and local industry transformation and upgrading development is not high, It is manifested in the imbalance between the talent training structure of higher vocational education and regional industrial structure, and more, the quality of talent training can not meet the needs of regional industrial development. The main reason is that there are institutional barriers,structural barriers and talent quality barriers in their synergetic development, which lead to the poor path of mutual cooperation. In the process of higher vocational education evolving to modern vocational education and Hunan industrial transformation and upgrading, we must break through these barriers to promote the synergetic development of the two. On the premise of assuming the transformation and upgrading of local industry develop healthily and orderly, we can break through the original policy barriers of coordinated development by new institutional arrangements, break through the structure of talent barriers by the sharing of government forward-looking forecast of the macro demand data of various types of talent, and eliminate the quality barriers of talent by the integration of deep producing and teaching.
