摘要
针对LDMOS功率放大器在S波段的设计难点,介绍了基于负载牵引测试技术的LDMOS功率放大器设计方法。阐述了负载牵引的测试系统和测试原理,并对LDMOS预匹配管进行了负载牵引测试,利用测试结果设计了一个工作频率为2.7GHz^3.1 GHz的LDMOS功放。功放的测试结果显示,工作频带内输出功率大于40 W,增益超过11 d B,效率超过了40%。从而为LDMOS功率放大器在S波段的设计提供了良好的借鉴作用。
Aiming at the design difficulty of LDMOS power amplifier in S band,an LDMOS power amplifier design method is presented based on load-pull test technology. The load-pull test system and its test principle are described,and the LDMOS pre-matched tubes are tested. Using the load-pull test results to designed a power amplifier it works in the 2.7 GHz to 3.1 GHz frequency band. The test results show that within 2.7 GHz to 3.1 GHz,output power is higher than 40 W,power gain is above 11 dB and the efficiency is above 40%. It provides a good reference for the design of LDMOS power amplifier in S band.
