摘要
介绍了调宽用电液步进缸的工作原理与设计特点。针对在高炉和连铸机等重工业恶劣工况下,采用高精度电液步进缸所需要解决的测试项目及检验方法等问题,依据新产品生产及检修经验,在试验台上对电液步进缸进行了耐压特性、驱动扭矩大小、单步精度、十步精度、重复位置精度及内泄漏流量等稳态性能测试,得到结合实际使用情况的步进油缸测试项目及方法。通过在线连铸机的使用,验证了该测试方法可以满足调宽用步进油缸的出厂测试要求。
The working principle and design features of electrical-hydraulic stepping cylinder for widening are briefly described. Aimed at the problems of test items and methods that need to be solved by adopting a high-precision electrical-hydraulic stepping cylinder, under harsh conditions in heavy industry such as blast furnaces and continuous casting machines, on the basis of new product production and repair experience, the main steady state characteristics of the cylinder such as pressure resistance, drive torque, one-step accuracy, ten-steps accuracy, repeated position accuracy and internal leakage flow rate are tested on a test bed, and the test items and methods of the stepping cylinder are obtained in combination with actual use conditions. The use of online continuous casting machines verifies that the test method can fully meet the factory testing requirements for stepping cylinders.
