A boat device as a special lifting equipment is used in ships, and its main function is to lower and recycle boats on mother ship. L-type single-arm swing davit retractable device is one type of all boat retractable devices, sometimes referred to as an L-type single-arm rotary davit. The L-type single-arm rotary davit has synchronous rotary function, and the synchronous function of two rotary motions is realized by an electric proportional reversing valve. We describe the problem of asynchronous rotation in product debugging, and find out the cause of the problem by theoretical analysis, and determine a product improvement plan. After the actual replacement of valve, the product is debugged again and we get good results.
