摘要
以南薯88为对照,初步分析了内江市农业科学院新近选育的9个食用型甘薯新品种(系)的鲜薯产量、薯块烘干率、食味品质等主要经济性状,并简要评价其生产利用价值。试验结果表明,J16-16每667 m2鲜薯产量为1 778.67 kg,比对照增产11.73%;薯干每667 m2产量为465.12 kg,比对照减产13.58%,综合表现为食味品质优,薯块产量高和薯块烘干率中高,适宜作为优质食用型鲜薯品种进一步扩大试验栽培。
Using Nanshu 88 as the control, 3 main economical characters(yield, drying rate and edible quality) of 9 sweet potato cultivars(line) which bred by Neijiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences were preliminarily analyzed, and their applying value in production was also briefly evaluated. The results showed that J16-16 had best performance. Its yield of fresh sweet potato was 1 778.65 kg/667 m^2, which was 11.73% higher than that of the control. The yield of dry sweet potato was 465.12 kg/667 m^2, which was 13.58% lower than that of the control. The test showed that J16-16 had good edible quality, high tuber yield and mid-high drying rate, thus J16-16 was suitable to be used as a fresh eating sweet potato cultivar and it cultivation scale could be further extended.
