摘要 低氧性肺动脉高压以肺血管阻力及肺动脉压力增高为特征,是多种慢性心、肺疾病的病理生理过程,其中肺动脉平滑肌细胞(pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells,PASMCs)的过度增殖引起肺小动脉管壁增厚、管腔狭窄所致的肺动脉压力增高是重要的病理机制[1]。新近研究发现,鞘氨醇激酶1(sphingosine kinase1,SphK1)可调控细胞增殖、凋亡、迁移.
