摘要
日照辐射会使汽车起重机吊臂产生旁弯现象.基于ANSYS对日照作用下的汽车起重机吊臂结构侧弯挠度进行了进热—力耦合分析发现:温度场的引入对结构应力影响不大,而吊臂结构侧弯挠度对温度变化相当敏感,而且局部温度分布均匀性对结构侧弯挠度影响很大.此外,在一天当中吊臂结构侧弯挠度变化具有双波峰现象.分析结果可以对结构设计提供一定的参考.
While the crane is exposed in the solar radiation environment,side bending deflection of the boom will occur. In this paper,the thermo-mechanical coupling analysis of the boom structure under solar radiation is performed.The result shows that the introduction of the temperature field has little effect on the structural stress,while the lateral deflection of boom structure is quite sensitive to temperature change,and the uniformity of local temperature distribution has a great influence on the lateral deflection of the structure.In addition,the variation of the deflection of the boom structure during the day has a double-peak phenomenon.The research results can provide a certain reference to the structural design.
