柴油掺混PODE对重型柴油机低温燃烧及排放影响的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 在一台多缸重型柴油机上研究了聚甲氧基二甲醚(PODE)替代部分柴油并结合废气再循环(EGR)策略对燃烧和排放的影响。试验结果表明聚甲氧基二甲醚具有较高的十六烷值和含氧量,可以有效地减少缸内的不均匀程度,降低污染物排放。聚甲氧基二甲醚可以提高扩散燃烧速率,缩短燃烧持续期,有利于热效率的提高。优化燃油喷射策略可以有效提高发动机的热效率和污染物排放。 The influence of poly-methoxyl dimethyl ether(PODE)on combustion and emissions was studied based on a low-temperature mode on a multi-cylinder heavy-duty diesel engine adopting exhaust gas recirculation strategy.The results show that PODE which has higher cetane number and oxygen content can effectively reduce the non-homogeneity of combustion in cylinder and reduce the pollutant emissions.PODE can also improve the diffusion combustion rate,shorten the combustion duration and improve thermal efficiency.
