超大城市郊区棚户区改造规划策略研究——以北京市杨镇为例

Research on the Planning Strategy of Suburb Shanty Town Renovation in Megacity--Taking the Yang Town of Beijing as an Example

棚户区改造是我国推进新型城镇化、保障公共安全、解决群众住房困难问题的重要渠道,是城市更新的一种类型.各类型的棚户区改造规划目前处于理论探索和实践积累阶段.本文以超大城市郊区棚户区改造规划为研究类型,梳理了棚户区改造规划的相关研究,总结出超大城市棚户区的特征,并以北京市杨镇为例,将规划在棚户区改造中的思路与策略用之实践,以期在理论和实践层面为其他超大城市郊区棚户区改造提供有益的理论思考和经验借鉴.

The renovation of shanty town is an important way to promote the new-type urbanization, ensure public safety and solve housing difficulties in our country, and it is also a type of urban renewal. Various types of planning for shanty towns renovation are now in the stage of theoretical exploration and practice accumulation. This paper takes suburb shanty town planning in megacity as the main research type. It hackles the related studies on the planning of shanty town renovation, and summaries the features of megacity shanty town. Taking Yang town of Beijing as a case study, this paper practices the thought and strategy of planning for the renovation of shanty town, and provides theoretical thinking and practical experience for other megacities’ suburb shanty town renovation.
