《易经》作为群经之首,蕴含着丰富的哲理,本文对中国城市规划发展历史进行了梳理,用《易经》中的核心思想——“变易”“不易”和“简易”,对中国城市规划理论及实践的发展规律进行探讨,对其演进趋势进行分析,并阐述了合理的“利益”关系在城市规划工作中对促进和谐社会的重要作用.

As the head of classic books, the Book of Changes contains plenty of philosophy. The paper refreshes the development history of urban planning, and analyzes the law of development of theory and practice of urban planning in China, with the core thoughts of change, immobilization and simplicity in the Book of Changes. Then, the trend of development of urban planning in China is discussed. At last, the important effect of rational relationship of profit and benefit in urban planning to promote and construct harmonious society is demonstrated.
