时效强化2024铝合金的摩擦学性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对时效强化的2024铝合金进行分析;在MFT-R4000高速往复摩擦磨损试验机上考察强化与未强化铝合金在含二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(Mo DTC)、二烷基硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)和磷酸复酯铵盐(T391)添加剂的润滑油润滑下的摩擦磨损性能;采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察分析磨痕表面形貌;采用EDS分析磨斑表明元素含量。结果表明:时效强化2024铝不但提高了铝的表面硬度,也提高了2024铝合金的摩擦学性能。时效强化的2024铝合金润滑性能的改善归因于铝合金的时效强化及润滑剂的摩擦化学作用。 Aging strengthened 2024 aluminum alloy was analyzed by X-ray diffraction( XRD) and the tribological properties of the strengthened and unreinforced aluminum alloy were studied on the MFT-R4000 reciprocating friction and reducing tester when lubricated by the oil with molybdenum dithiocarbamate( Mo DTC),zinc dialkyl dithiophosphates( ZDDP) and ashless organic phosphonate( T391) as aditives. Scanning electron microscope( SEM) was employed to observe and analyze the worn surfaces,and the content of elements of the wear scar was obtained through EDS analysis. The results show that ageing strengthen can increase the hardness and improve the tribological performances of aluminum under different lubrication conditions. The friction reducing and anti-wear properties are mainly dominated by the ageing strengthen and the friction and chemical mechanism of lubricating additives.
