表面织构对浮环轴承环速比影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为提升浮环轴承在高速重载场合下的性能,在浮环轴承内表面制备表面织构,通过试验研究在不同载荷和转速下表面织构对浮环轴承环速比的影响,并与无织构浮环轴承进行比较。结果表明:无织构浮环轴承在载荷增大时环速比随主轴转速的增大而下降,而织构浮环轴承的环速比大于相同工况下的无织构浮环轴承,且环速比不会随载荷的增加而显著下降;织构使得浮环轴承的承载能力显著提升,能使浮环能在低主轴转速时开始启动,因而提升了浮环轴承在高速重载场合工下的工作性能。 In order to improve the performance of floating ring bearings in high speed and heavy load situation,the surface texture was prepared on the inner surface of the floating ring bearing,the influence of the surface texture on the ring speed ratio of the floating ring bearings at different loads and speeds was investigated and compared with that of the non woven floating ring bearings. The results show that the ring speed ratio of non woven floating ring bearings is decreased with the increasing of spindle speed when the load is increased,while the ring speed ratio of the woven floating ring bearings is larger than that of the non woven floating ring bearings under the same working condition,and the ring speed ratio of the woven floating ring bearings will not decrease significantly with the increasing of the load. The texture can significantly improve the bearing capacity of floating ring bearings,can make the floating ring start at low spindle speed,thus improving the performance of floating ring bearings under high speed and heavy load conditions.
