Analysis on impetus of IPD based on current status of its development

探讨一种新兴的、具有巨大潜在经济价值的建筑工程项目交付模式——IPD(Integrated Project Delivery,集成项目交付)的推动力。在概述目前IPD在国外的理论研究与实际应用状况的基础上,总结IPD的推动力来源,并重点分析每一种推动力的内在动机、外在行为及所受制约条件,揭示对我国推动IPD实施的启示。对于IPD在我国的推广和应用具有重要参考价值。

This paper discusses the impetus of IPD（ Integrated Project Delivery） which is a newly arisen project delivery method for building construction and is considered to bring tremendous economic benefit to the participants. After reviewing the theoretical development of IPD and its physical application in foreign countries,it tallies up the impetus of IPD and analyses the inside motivations,outside behaviors and practical constraints of the participants including companies,associations and governments. Then the critical issues for implementing IPD in China are suggested. This paper is valuable to the implementation of IPD in the AEC industry in China.
