摘要
为了切实提高市政道路桥梁施工项目的管理水平,阐述了市政道路桥梁施工项目管理的概述和特点,分析项目管理的现状问题和原因,探寻加强施工管理的有效策略,通过有效加强管理可以确保施工项目质量的提高。
In order to improve the management level of the municipal road bridge construction project,this paper expatiates the general description and characteristics of the municipal road bridge construction project management,analyzes the problems and causes of the project management,and explores the effective strategies to strengthen the construction management. The quality of construction projects can be improved through effective management.
