胃癌组织CXCL13蛋白及其受体CXCR5表达及意义 被引量:2

EXPRESSION OF CXCL13 AND ITS RECEPTOR CXCR5 IN GASTRIC CANCER TISSUE AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 目的探讨趋化因子CXC配体13(CXCL13)及其受体CXCR5在胃癌原发灶及淋巴结转移灶中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,检测100例胃癌根治手术标本中胃癌组织、癌旁组织及胃癌淋巴结转移灶中CXCL13及其受体CXCR5的蛋白表达情况。结果 CXCL13及CXCR5蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织,差异有显著性(χ~2=16.092、38.095,P<0.05);同一病例原发灶和转移灶中CXCL13及CXCR5蛋白的表达一致,CXCL13表达阳性的胃癌病人淋巴结转移率明显高于CXCL13表达阴性者(χ~2=42.814,P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中CXCL13及其受体CXCR5表达异常,CXCL13可能在胃癌淋巴结转移中发挥作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of chemokine(C-X-C motif)ligand 13(CXCL13)and its receptor CXCR5 in primary gastric cancer tissues and lymph node metastasis and its association with lymph node metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the protein expression of CXCL13 and its receptor CXCR5 in gastric cancer tissues,paracancerous tissues,and lymph node metastases in 100 cases of gastric cancer treated with radical surgery. Results The expression rates of CXCL13 and CXCR5 in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues(χ^2=16.092 and 38.095,P〈0.05).In the same case,the protein expression of CXCL13 and CXCR5 was the same in both primary and metastatic lesions.The lymph node metastasis rate in patients with CXCL13-positive gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in patients with CXCL13-negative gastric cancer(χ^2=42.814,P〈0.05). Conclusion CXCL13 and its receptor CXCR5 are abnormally expressed in gastric cancer tissues.CXCL13 may play a role in the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
