摘要
针对项目组合的评价问题,引入多层次灰色评价方法对项目组合进行评价,分析了多层次灰色评价法的不足之处及改进方法,指出其不足在于白化权函数存在集中趋势,使得综合评价值之间的差异被弱化,导致决策者做出错误的判断和选择。并且,针对其不足提出了改进的修正函数,减弱了综合评价值的集中趋势,使评价结果更准确可信。
This paper introduces the multi-level gray evaluation method to evalute the project portfolio,analyzes the shortcomings and improvement methods of the multi-level gray evaluaout that the shortcomings are that the whitening weight function has a concentrated trend,so that the difference is weakened, leading decision makers to make the wrong judgments and choices. An improve dcorrection function is proposed for its shortcomings, which reduces the concentration trend of comprehen-sive evaluation value and makes the evaluation resutt more accurate and credible.
