摘要
对自主研制的扫雪器,首先分析雪颗粒在集雪器螺旋叶片上的运动规律,通过理论与试验结合的方法研究雪颗粒在螺旋叶片上的运动速度;再次分析了雪颗粒在进入离心风机叶轮前后的速度情况,获得风机叶片出口角对抛雪距离的影响。优化螺旋叶片结构参数,避免扫雪器堵塞;研究集雪器和离心风机的除雪性能,为合理选择前进速度与除雪厚度提供技术支持。
For the independently-developed snow remover 袁 the motion law of snow particles on the spiral blade of snow collector is firstly analyzed , and the velocity of snow particle moving on the spiral blade is studied by combining theory and experiment. Then , the velocity of the snow particles before and after entering the centrifugal fan impeller is analyzed , and the influence of the outlet angle of the fan blade on the snow throwing distance is obtained. The structure parameters of spiral blades are optimized to avoid snow sweeper clogging. The snow removal performance of snow collector and centrifugal fan is studied to provide technical sup-port for reasonable selection of forward speed and snow removal thickness.
