摘要
在"智能制造"、"工业4.0"等概念的推广下,柔性线已成为机械加工的必备品。机械加工由技术人员一人一台的单机模式,利用电脑控制技术来完成一部分人工工作,减少人工操作的部分,逐步做到技术人员由台前转到幕后的智能制造模式,达到减员增效的目的。文章根据工作中所使用的中高速柴油机气缸盖柔性线,简单介绍了柔性线在生产加工中使用,及其与精益生产的关系。
In the promotion of "intelligent manufacturing", "industrial 4.0" and other concepts, flexible line has become a neces-sary part of mechanical processing. Mechanical processing is made up of a single machine model with one person and one technician, and computer control technology is used to complete part of the manual work, reduce part of manual operation, and gradually realize the intelligent manufacturing mode of transferring the technicians from the front of the platform to the behind, thus achieving the goal of reducing staff and increasing efficiency. According to the flexible line of cylinder head of medium- and high-speed diesel engine, this paper briefly introduces the use of flexible line in production and processing, and the relationship between flexible line and lean production.
