基于PDCA循环理论在检验检测机构内部审核中的应用

文章在回顾检验检测机构内部审核含义的基础上,通过引入PDCA循环理论,结合检验检测机构的内部审核工作的要求,将PDCA循环理论应用于检验检测机构的内部审核工作中,通过内部审核的计划、实施、检查、改进四个阶段的反复实施,从而提高内部审核工作的准确性和有效性。

On the basis of reviewing the meaning of internal audit of inspection and inspection organization, this paper intro-duces the theory of PDCA cycle and combines the requirements of internal audit of inspection and testing organization, thus applying the theory of PDCA cycle to the work of internal audit of inspection and testing organization. Through the internal audit plan, imple- mentation, inspection, improvement of the four stages of repeated implementation, so as to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the internal audit.
