实木门砂光机核心模块的结构设计与研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前国内木门企业普遍采用全异形砂光或手动砂光的方式进行砂光,不仅效率低下,而且砂光表面质量低,为了解决这个问题,设计了一台实木门专用的砂光设备。本研究首先对砂光工艺进行探讨,通过对砂光机类型及工作原理的分析,选择最优的砂光类型,确定了实木门砂光机的布局。其次,根据砂光机的工作原理及整体布局,设计完成更加合理的砂光机总体设计方案。第三,以第1组砂光模块砂光实木门过程中所产生砂削力及所受载荷为例,建立相对应的数学模型,并对力及载荷进行了分析计算,以此作为理论基础进行了控制电机的选型,进而完成第1组砂光模块与第2组砂光模块的设计。最后,根据实木门砂光过程中的输送特点完成传送模块的设计;该砂光设备可以一次就完成实木门上中下挺、竖挺的上下两面及内部凹陷的四周边角的砂光,不仅可以使实木门表面的砂光质量得到提高,而且砂光效率大幅提高,具有很高的经济效益。 Currently, shaped sanding or manual sanding was widely adopted in domestic wooden door enter prises, which resulted in low efficiency and poor product quality. In order to solve this problem, a special sanding equipment for solid wood door was designed described in this paper: firstly,technologies related to sanding were discussed,optimal types and the layout were screened out based on the analysis of the types of sanding machine and their working principles. Then the whole design scheme that was more reasonable was proposed based on the operating principles and the overall composition of the new machine. Taking the sanding forces and load that generated in the sanding process of the first sanding module as an example,the mathematic model was established, at the same time, the sanding forces and load which were the theoretical basis for the control of motor's selection were calculated and analyzed, and then the first and second sanding module were designed. At last, the design of transmission mechanism was completed according to the transmission characteristics of sanding process. With the new machine, the upper and lower sides of solid wood door and internal depression around the corner could be sanded once, not only the sanding quality was im proved,but the sanding efficiency was enhanced greatly,and the equipment presented high economic values.
