31个小麦品种(系)抗叶锈性分析 被引量:3

摘要 为明确31个小麦品种(系)的抗叶锈性,选用12个小麦叶锈菌菌系在苗期对测试品种(系)进行抗叶锈基因推导,并对这些材料进行成株抗叶锈性鉴定。结果表明:‘藁麦8911’、‘B466’、‘949-14-3’、‘小偃166’、‘陕优225’、‘陕515’、‘A111’、‘ZB3’、‘92R137’、‘陕农981’、‘ZB5’、‘ZB9’、‘9925’和‘西农335’这14个品种(系)中可能含有Lr1、Lr2a、Lr11、Lr17、Lr18、Lr25、Lr30、Lr3bg和Lr50等9个已知苗期抗叶锈基因或未知的抗叶锈病基因;‘周麦18’、‘贵15(异白)’、‘兴育7号’、‘区23’、‘GF-19’、‘ZA4’、‘陕538’、‘L6001-2’、‘4163’和‘浚麦35’这10个品种(系)含有与供试已知基因不同的抗性基因;‘周优102’、‘豫教0388’、‘L201’、‘贵农775’、‘113’、‘贵农13’和‘小偃22’这7个品种(系)中不含有供试的近等(单)基因系含有的已知抗叶锈病基因。成株期抗叶锈性鉴定表明:‘周优102’、‘藁麦8911’、‘贵15异白’、‘L201’、‘贵农775’、‘陕优225’、‘113’、‘4163’、‘ZB3’、‘92R137’、‘贵农13’、‘陕农981’、‘陕538’、‘ZB5’、‘ZB9’、‘小偃22’、‘9925’、‘L6001-2’和‘西农335’表现出较好的成株期抗性。本研究中19个具有良好成株抗叶锈性材料可为小麦抗病育种提供参考。 31 wheat cultivars (lines) were inoculated with 12 pathotypes of Puccinia triticina to postulate the resistance genes at seedling stage. The result showed that nine leaf rust resistance genes Lr1, Lr2a, Lr11, Lr17, Lr18, Lr25, Lr30, Lr3bg and Lr50 and unknown Lr genes were postulated in 14 cultivars (lines) (‘Gaomai 8911’,‘B466’,‘949-14-3’,‘Xiaoyan166’,‘Shanyou225’,‘Shan515’,‘A111’,‘ZB3’,‘92R137’,‘Shannong981’,‘ZB5’,‘ZB9’,‘9925’and‘Xinong335’).The other 10 test cultivars (lines) (‘Zhoumai18’,‘Gui15’(Special white),‘Xingyu7’,‘Qu23’,‘GF19’,‘ZA4’,‘Shan538’,‘L6001-2’,‘4163’,‘Junmai35’) were deduced containing other genes different from the 37 known Lr genes. No Lr gene was detected in‘Zhouyou102’,‘Yujiao0388’,‘L201’,‘Guinong775’,‘113’,‘Guinong13’or‘Xiaoyan22’at seedling stage. However, the genotypes of‘Zhouyou102’,‘Gaomai8911’(white),‘Gui15’(Special white),‘L201’,‘Guinong775’,‘Shanyou225’,‘113’,‘4163’,‘ZB3’,‘92R137’,‘Guinnong13’,‘Shannong981’,‘Shan538’,‘ZB5’,‘ZB9’,‘Xiaoyan22’,‘9925’,‘L6001-2’and‘Xinong335’contained adult resistance genes in field test. In this study, 19 materials which have good adult resistance to leaf rust can provide reference for wheat disease resistance breeding.
