摘要 SF_6绝缘设备中的气体泄漏会导致其绝缘性能下降,还会对环境造成污染。针对变电站的SF_6气体绝缘设备,建立了一种气体状态实时监测系统。该系统采用一种新型的二氧化碳激光摄像仪,实现SF_6气体状态实时采集,利用灰度处理、帧间差分、阈值判断、去噪处理等一系列图像特征提取,完成泄漏源的定位、泄漏轨迹以及泄漏量的评估和判定。采用Wi-Fi远程通信技术传输图像,由上位机实时显示SF_6气体泄漏状况。通过对系统测试,验证了该系统方案的可行性和有效性。 Gas leakage in SF6 insulation equipment will lead to its insulation performance degradation and cause pollution to the environment. A real-time monitoring system of gas state was established aimed at SF6 gas insulation equipment of substation, which uses a new type of carbon dioxide laser camera, the process of image feature extraction sush as conduct gray processing, interframe difference, threshold judgment and denoising, and has the function of real-time monitoring of SF6 gas state, leakage locating, the determination of the trajectory of the leak and the amount of leakage. The image data of online monitoring of SF6 gas leakage is transmitted through the Wi-Fi telecommunication technology. The SF6 gas state online was displayed based on the host computer. The tests were carried out to verify the feasibility and validity of the system.
