结构化皮肤护理对大便失禁病人失禁性皮炎发生情况的影响

Effect of structured skin care on the occurrence of incontinence dermatitis in patients with fecal incontinence

[目的]分析结构化皮肤护理对大便失禁病人失禁性皮炎发生情况的影响。[方法]选取就诊并住院的大便失禁病人120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,对照组病人给予常规护理,观察组病人在此基础上给予结构化皮肤护理,对比两组病人失禁性皮炎发生情况。[结果]观察组大便失禁病人失禁性皮炎发生率8.33%显著低于对照组的20.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病人的心理功能评分为(23.57±1.77)分、生理功能评分为(24.08±1.82)分、社会功能评分为(39.93±3.21)分、疾病控制评分为(24.46±1.52)分,评分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病人的护理满意度86.67%,显著高于对照组的71.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]结构化皮肤护理能够有效降低大便失禁病人的失禁性皮炎发生率,提高生活质量,病人护理满意度较高。

Objective：To analyze the effect of structured skin care on the occurrence of incontinence dermatitis in patients with fecal incontinence.Methods：A total of 120 patients with fecal incontinence who were treated and hospitalized were randomly divided into observation group and control group by using the digital random method,60 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given routine care,and observation group patients were given structured skin care on the basis of routine care.The incidence of incontinent dermatitis was compared between the two groups.Results：The incidence of incontinence dermatitis in the observation group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The score of psychological function[（23.57± 1.77）points],physiological function[（24.08±1.82）points],social function[（39.93±3.21）points],and disease control[（24.46±1.52）points]of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The care satisfaction of the observation group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than the control group（71.67%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusions：The structured skin care could effectively reduce the incidence of incontinence dermatitis in patients with fecal incontinence,improve the quality of life,and the patients have higher satisfaction,which has the value of clinical promotion and use.
