摘要
为发展间伐材木丝、木屑加工技术,满足木丝、木屑的干燥需要,根据干燥物料的特性,采用新型的干燥原理设计了一种电加热式的滚筒式干燥机。根据滚筒干燥机的工作特点,经过分析设计出滚筒的结构、环形保持架的结构、发热管支座的结构、进料斗和出料斗的结构。分析干燥过程中物料在滚筒中的运动过程,就该滚筒干燥机的工作过程中干燥的物料特性,进行运动学分析,通过理论计算得出干燥机滚筒转动的最小速度应该大于33.78 r/min,最大速度应该小于54.8 r/min,为干燥机的测试提供了理论依据。
In order to develop the processing technology of woodwool and sawdust with thinning fungus and meet the drying demand of woodwool and sawdust, an electrically heated drum dryer was designed according to the characteristics of the dried material by adopting a new drying principle. According to the working characteristics of the drum dryer, the structure of the drum, the structure of the annular cage, the structure of the heat pipe support, the structure of the feed hopper and the discharge hopper are analyzed. Analysis of the drying process during the material movement in the drum, the drum dryer during the drying process of material properties, kinematic analysis, and the theoretical calculation of the dryer drum rotation minimum speed should be greater than 33.78 r/min, the maximum speed should be less than 54.8 r/min, which provides a theoretical basis for the dryer test.
