傣族小学生眼压的调查研究

Investigation on intraocular pressure in dai pupils

目的研究云南省西双版纳傣族自治州傣族小学生眼压的分布情况。方法采用整群抽样法,抽取西双版纳傣族自治州傣族聚居的2所小学的小学生为对象,用I care回弹式眼压计测量眼压。结果受检者中傣族小学生共506名(1 012眼),平均眼压为(16.95±3.47)mm Hg,性别、眼别、各年龄组间眼压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),眼压与性别、年龄无相关性(P>0.05)。眼压>21mm Hg共92眼(9.10%),高眼压者性别之间眼压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论初步获得傣族小学生眼压的分布特征。

Objective To investigate the distribution of intraocular pressure（IOP） in Dai pupils in Xishuangbanna,Yunnan Province. Methods Random cluster sampling method was used to select two primary schools in Dai nationality in Xishuangbanna. All pupils in the selected schools were examined for IOP by I care rebound tonometer. Results There were 506 Dai pupils（1 012 eyes） in Dai nationality under study. The mean IOP was（16.95±3.47） mm Hg. There was no significant difference of IOP in sex, eyes and age groups（P〉0.05）. There was no correlation between IOP and sex and age（P〉0.05）. IOP〉21 mm Hg was present in 92 eyes（9.10%）. No statistically significant difference was found in hypertension between boys and girls（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The distribution characteristics of intraocular pressure in Dai pupils was initially obtained.
